wireless land line phone battery AL503048

Telkom replaced all our phones with wireless land line phones AGP-KW125

The rechargeable battery failed (not charging) and the Telkom shops do not know where to get one. My neighbours have the same problem. The batteries do not recharge.

The phone is unusable. We are dependent on these phones.

The battery is AL503048, 3,yv 1500mah 5.5WH.

Kindly advise where we can get them.
