Wireless charger

I have had enough of telkom call centre 10213 I was miss led when I took a Samsung note 8 and was advised that it comes with a witless charger. Nkosinathi one of the managers has been making a Lot of promises and not delevring. His says his going to call and does not a HATE LAIRS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE. telkom has taken my money and treating like ****. So is my landline phone as well I called and was promised to called back nothing. Telkom employees are a bunch of lairs. Customer service means nothing to them. I have wastes over 400 rand of airtime call telkom as they are too high to call me and solve my concerns as a customer. I was promised delivery of the charger today still nothing
