Winnie Nong giving Telkom a very bad name!

<p>I took out a new contract with Winnie at Telkom this Sunday at 9am. I provided her with my ID, 3 months bank statements, etc etc... and she said my phone will be ready for collection later on in the day, and she will call me at 2pm. I was very happy. Guess what ... she didnt. I tried to call the Telkom store @ Clearwater Mall on ********** , on sunday and every single day since then but it just rings!</p> <p>Then, I emailed Winnie on Monday and she said the phone isnt ready.</p> <p>Then, I emailed her today and she said I need to sign an application form</p> <p>- my problem is why did she not ask me to sign this on Sunday when I was taking out the contract?!</p> <p>- And how then did she promise me the phone that very day, if only 2 days later is she asking me to sign application forms?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked her to send me the form or to my wifes email address... which she says she did but didnt get a response. Here my problem is ... how can the application form email not be coming through to both my wife and my emails????!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please look into this. I have provided all my documents, and I am an existing landline + ADSL customer, why is this person intentionally withholding my phone????!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my phone today, please!</p> <p> </p>
