Winner of Worst Service Awarded to Telkom

Call centre is utterly disgraceful for a major cooperate like Telkom. Even a mini store can get the service right. Telkom falls way below par on customer service. The experience I have had in the last 4 months has definitely been Hell and its still not sorted out. Telkom is the winner for the worst client service in the world!!!
