Willing to pay more, but reluctant to recieve.

<p>I want to upgrade or /and buy more but no help from Telkom...</p> <p> </p> <p>Online app does not let me top up, online times out and service center gives me different information everytime.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why can Telkom not provide any service?</p> <p>Can anyone contact me with a solution, all I need is data.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so willing to upgrade, but I cant get the correct details.</p>
