Despite all the trouble i have had with my router and telkom, i eventually got threw to JUSTIN MABOSHEGO on Saturday Morning. i told him the problem and he sorted it out immediately. it was really refreshing to speak to someone who understood what i needed and delivered on his promises to assist. i hope telkom realises how lucky they are to have someone like Justin working for them. i was ready to rip my router out of the wall and give it back to telkom, but thanks to Justin my adsl is working and that is all i wanted...
