Recently we had fibre optic cables laid in our area and some Telkom representatives made themselves available for those of us who wished to go over to the new system. We were very fortunate that we encountered William Ratladi a Telkom Fibre Specialist. Not only has he followed up on every single thing he said he would, he even came to do paperwork on Good Friday! As a result of his fantastic service, this whole process has been a pleasurable experience. William needs enormous recognition and reward as he is a huge asset to the Telkom brand.
