Will Telkom ever fix the problem!

I find Telkoms service to leave a lot to be desired. We experience problems far too often - which results in us having to throw our money away on data and airtime. As these issues always affect our wifi!!! I'm so sick of it. I reported a fault on the 26/09. Phoned numerous times. Nothing happens!!!!! Shocking.
