Will not recommend using any of telkoms services

I have reported to Telkom that they line is down instead they send out a tech to assess the problem while creating more problems for her self she can not identify RJ11 to Rj45 an plugs the cables in to the incorrect ports. They handed over the fault 10 days ago to a different tech with no response SA. Fault 19CNK091021 WORST SERVICE EVER
