Will not fix my phone

Sent my mobile in to have a display issue fixed on the screen, phone was returned 6 weeks later with screen repaired but with an audio problem which never existed till my phone went in for repairs. My phone has been back at the TELKOM Mobile store Northgate 4 times since Feb 2015 and still the same problem persists - No one is willing to help and just passes the buck on - Worst service ever Telkom Mobile - I just want my contract cancelled so I can move to a supplier that can give me the quality service I deserve and a product that actually works
