Will not deal with my case - I want my Refund

<p>My first complaint I made about telkom has never been resolved. The Mobile account I cancelled in October 2016 is STILL being charged to me (R499 pm) despite the fact that I receive NO Service. I DEMAND a refund. I'm really getting annoyed with Telkom's horrific "services". List of *********** people from Telkom that I have dealt with and have done NOTHING to further my request:</p> <p>tshepiso gatathiba<br />Bryce Carlinsky</p> <p>Eldridge Deerling</p> <p>Mbali Dube</p> <p>Daze Nodlela</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been given the run around by ALL of them.. Case Numbers mean NOTHING:</p> <p> - ref XH668929</p> <p> - case: ********** 7</p> <p> </p> <p>What do I have to do to get my refund!?? and to STOP being charged a fee for no service. </p> <p>It seems my only option is to sue Telkom in Small Claims Court - which is my most likely next step.</p>
