Will not attend to fault.

As of 6 November 2017, we have been without internet for almost a month. During the week of 8-14 October 2017, we tried on numerous occasions to log faults. We were passed around and made to wait (ended up spending about R400 on airtime), and cut off a few times. It took us several attempts to log a fault.

However, we have heard no feedback whatsoever. We tried to download the Telkom app to track our fault status, but the app crashes when you try to register.

I was called and offered a Fibre upgrade. Thinking that perhaps this would help get somebody in to attend to our line, I accepted. However, I did not receive any confirmation, and have not heard anything since.

I am paying for a service I am not receiving, and simply cannot find a way to get assistance. In desperation I have attempted to cancel my line, but even that requires jumping through hoops (and I have read that filling in the required form and sending it through often does not work).

I honestly cannot understand what the hell is going on at Telkom. Do they simply not care at all about their customers?
