Will never deal with Telkom again

Pathetic.. I canceled my account based on poor service delivery and Telkom is still debiting me without permission.. Spoke to a lady in technical support and her name is Prishana or something but her attitude was blatantly disgusting because she made me wait on the phone while she ignored me an sang songs and speaking to her colleague in Afrikaans... Most pathetic service ever.. I won't deal with Telkom ever again and I want my account closed.. If not. My bank will suffer the consequence by me changing my bank If I have to..... My bank I deal with is fnb.. So wake up because the attitude of pathetic companies will have ripple effects on the banks i deal with..
