Will never consider TELKOM CONTRACTS ANYMORE.....

I've been hearing bad reviews on cancellation of contracts with Telkom and never thought I will experience such, my contract is ending and I've sent an online cancellation request. And been told someone will call me to finalize no one did. Went to the shop at the Glen shopping center was told the same but come my invoice my no is now billed as a top up which I did not request that. I have a no of contracts with you but am being treated with this kind of services.
