Will it ever be fixed!!!!!

I have had my internet speed go up and down and none existent for the last month. I have had a technician out twice. Yet still the same problems. Yesterday, I got a call from another technician and was told that he would be here this morning and he did not pitch and at the same time I was here, a call came on the phone asking if everything was working right now. Then they told me they would send another technician. Still I sit and wait, whilst my business, which is an internet based company is continuing to struggle. Telkom try to say that they are better, yet same as always no customer care and they really are not caring about sorting this problem out for me, continuously!!!!
