Wifi/router contract

Good day. I'm unhappy with the service and how they operate. In 2020 during covid , I took 24 months contract with them which contract was fully paid and it expired. I also took another contract in 2022. I have been paying them without any default. Recently I have been receiving threatening messages from their debt collectors. This is part of their sms. Mr/s RAMOKHOASE. You are in Breach of Contract on your Telkom with R1127.60. Pay @ABSA, NuDebt Trust Acc *** *** Tel ***. Tried to get in touch with these people and was not happy. They told me that I'm owing telkom, so they are collecting on their behalf. I went to telkom to inquire about this, they told me that they are surprised to hear this as I'm up to date and my contracts are overdue for upgrading.

On the 25th of this months, we made another payment R1140. Still the messages are flowing back to us. I went again to Telkom , was told that they will fix the error. I Received the ref no, but the calls and messages does have not stopped ckking to me and my husband. I asked telkom why did they take my personal information and give to the third party without my consent . As the third party says it was sent by telkom.
