Wifi/device problems

I recently signed up for the 15 G . First month, it only lasted until 15th July. For August it was finished by the 2nd day of the month. Consultation with Telkom claremont was unsuccessful, as I was referred to technical srvices. Even attempts made via twitter were unsuccesful, as again I was referred to customer services. Emails were sent to Telkom using the online contact page. To date noone has responded to my query. But I am expected to foot a bill end of the month.
