WIFI TELKOM Do not use there service

<p>My wifi package is the one for R999 per month. We reported the wifi not working. I run a business. They expect me to wait 9 working days before they will sent someone to solve my problem. When I phone and complain they simply say hold on and you hold on. A half an hour has gone by and they simply do not come back to me. I do not recommend Telkom to anybody and can pull my hair out of my head for taking there wifi contracts. Get rid of these people with there terrible service please.......</p>
