Wifi supended by Telkom

Yesterday the 19 January 2023. I go through a lot of emails to Telkom. After a few they told me if i want to cancel i have to pay R980 rand and monthley instalment of R105 and the contrac still have 19 months and 7 days. RED? mark for me. I have this contrack sine nearly begining 2021. My one debit order was Mei 2021 with ref no. TELKOM 18896 ANOTHER one was 10 September 2021 ref no ***. NOW MY RED ?Mark. Did the people not given 2 years contrac? That means my contrac are nearly due to expire. And after i pay from January 2022 every month at pick n pay. They didnt cansel my debit order because they cant. Thats in the email writen from them. RED ? mark. If they create this debit and i asked them in Juanuary 2022 to cansel i will pay at pnp. How cant they cansel it after all this months? That means if my contrac expire they just going on with there debit orders. My knowlege are. My contrac is 2 years not what they say still another 19 months and 7 days. And in that email they told me i have to pay for that debit order after they fix my previouse months acount.
