Wifi suddenly disconnected without notification because of R57

My wifi was suddenly cut off without email of sms notification because of R57 after I called them on 2025-03-12 enquiring about my account. They informed that the R57 would be added to my end of March 2025 billing. I was in the middle of a meeting on 2025-03-19, when they suddenly switched off my wifi. This is bad customer service and bad communication especially after they informed that the amount would be added to my March billing I know have to wait 2working days for reactivation, the 21st March 2025 being excluded as it is a public. Im very disgruntled because I need the wifi
