**** WIFI SERVICE!!!

I am really disappointed at the service from Telkom I pay R900 a month for wifi and most of the time we cannot use it. I am working from home and this is making it impossible for me to do my job. Then entire day the wifi says no internet access then I end up using the data on my phone. I called telkom 3 days ago and still the wifi is not working!!!!! My contract is done in a month or 2 and I want to cancel the service as there is no point in having internet that never works!!!!!!
