WiFi Router still not installed

I app**** for a router package at Hatfield Telkom month end of January, i was advised that someone will contact me with 2 weeks for installation. 2 weeks back i visited same Hatfieled Branch with the same issue, no one has contacted me, they took my details and said someone will contact me within a week. yet again no one contacted me. yesterday i went to same branch for the 3 rd time and the Ayanda advised me that he doesn't have access to that home system and he's unable to check for me. He took my details and logged them online and advised that someone will contact me before, to date I've not heard from anyone and i still do not have a Wifi router. Please can someone attend to my query or advise if i should take my business elsewhere seeing that it is not needed.
