WiFi Router **** Telkom

I'm so ****ed and irritated...and disappointed with Telkom(MONDO)I signed up with them,on the 3rd of September 2021 for 2 Huawei routers,I was referred to them by Clear Score hence I wanted to increase my score since I don't have an account.They deducted my money on the 10th of September, they promised to deliver the routers within 7-14 working days,I waited, finally they delivered on the 22th,They told me they will activate them with 24-48 hours,I'm still waiting these things do not have network, actually they haven't been activated its been.Now they gonna deduct my money again ,while I haven't even used them.So *********** of them.I need them to activate these things or take them back.This is utterly Nonsense 😠😠😠😠
