WIFI ROUTER NOT DELIVERED

Ordered the R139 ddeal that includes wifi router + sim card and 11GB data p/month.Had an agent contact me shortly after to confirm details and capture data.I asked her to confirm deal and she confirned what the deal entails.Said delivery would be 5-7 working days.

I recveived a package today that only includes sim card NO WIFI ROUTER?!

Really?!!!Where is the sim card supposed to go????

Called Telkom 3 times already been shuffled between agents and each one has a different story.Now the agent that called to confirm my online order only placed an order for a sim card!!For R139 per month.

Very unprofessional of Telkom and lack of service is non existent.

i advise people not to take out any products with Telkom as they sound very promising but FAIL TO DELIVER
