Wifi-router looses internet - Goes Roaming.

About 20 months ago, I took out a data bundle contract called "SmartInternet - 500MB". In this time period, I have had the the modem not get signal and 4 times and each time it means having to go into the shop (standing for hours) to have the "Roaming switched off". I have a contract with other cellphone company (been there for 20+ yrs) and never had this issue. Today, being at the Grove branch, after standing for more than 95 min, the doors were locked without any communication to us standing outside. Great way of handling customers which gives Telkom business to keep doors open and pay salaries. I will not be renewing this contract.
