WiFi router contract that was cancelled off

Their accounts department never got back to me for my complaint I lodged.I called several times and after calling the 4th or 5th time got feedback from the accounts department which to then find out the agent that cancelled my contract didn't give correct information now they are deducting a last payment out of my account plus debit money for the reversal I made and the debit they tried to do without my authorization.I will never use telkom again for any WiFi contract or use their network on a while I will be changing my aim card provider from telkom as well.very disappointed with the lack of service give.
