Wifi router contract delayed

I was hounded by the sales person from Telkom Mondo more than two weeks ago selling me data contract. I ended up taking it. The contract includes wifi router. It was supposed to be delivered last week, it was not. They deduct money in which they didn't disclose of R99 for connection and R135 which is their monthly fee today but I have not received any call from them or the courier that my parcel is on the way. They had told me that should i cancel the contract there is a fee I need to pay and I asked them what would make me to cancel and what makes other people to cancel, they said they do not know.
