I bought a 5.5 GB and 11 GB of data on 24 months for me and my fiancee. The data always finishes before they have reached the 5.5 & 11 GB advertised. I just looked at the statement and calculated the data used. We used 3.8 GB & 4.2 GB for the promised 5.5 GB & 11 GB respectively for the month of December. By the 24th of December, we couldn't use the 11 GB router as it had run out of data.

It has been 4 days since asking Telkom to sort this issue out but still no help. I spoke to Mbali Mswane on 05 January 2018, who promised to assist in sorting out but even today (09/01/2018) I am still waiting for any kind of feedback.
