WIFI relocation

I moved houses end of last month, about 2 weeks before I requested Telkom to move my contract with them to my new place, they requested for my address and necessary information which I provided and now it’s almost the end of June and they have not come to connect. This is a disservice which I would have to pay for. I am not happy at all with them.
