Wifi paid at pnp but they fine me now again for debit order.

Good day I am still not happy. After i send emails to Telkom and phone them i still cant use my wifi They put a debit order fine on my name since i pay nearley the whole year at pnp. This is not wright. I am not happy and want to cansel my wifi
