Wifi off 3 weeks

I am not happy with my Telkom service actually they dont deserve 1 star we have been without wifi for almoat 3 weeks now because of a damaged line thats telkoms fault they still expect payments at the end of the month and i did not use it. I was promiced it would be resolved but still nothing.
