Wifi not working since Thursday 26th March 2020

My wifi has not been working since last week Thursday 26th, it only works in the early hrs of the morning. I am on uncapped. I have been calling their call centre with no answer, long holds of 38 mins. What will i be paying for this month when i have no service.
