Wifi not working for 10+ days

My wifi stopped working on Saturday, 20 January. I reported it the next day and thus far Telkom has still not sent a technician to my premises to fix it.

Can any other service provider make me an offer on a 2meg uncapped line?

I am paying +- R600.00 now.
