Wifi line fault reported - no service

I reported my wifi line not working, as a branch of a tree fell on the line tearing it from the pole. I reported this on the 5th January 2017. On the 9th I made a followup call to enquire on the progress of the fault. I was then told that they are still trying to sort this remotely( I wonder how you cn fix a line lying on the ground remotely). I explained to the operator that this is something a technician must come out and fix. I was given the assurance that my call would be escalated to a technician and they will come and fix it. On the 11th I decided to follow up again as nothing has been done. I spoke to the operator which then told me that only the call was logged and I did not follow it up. I told her that I was given a reference nr and that it should be on the system. She told me that there is definitely no such thing on the computer. I then gave her the reference nr on which she rep**** oh that is not a reference number but an escalation nr???? Suddenly she could see the escalation but still no technician was assisgned. I got very angry and asked to be put through to a supervisor or manager on which she told me that they do not know the supervisor or managers numbers?????

I phoned again today and the operator assured me that this now have been assigned to a technician whom will be comming out today.

Reference 540CTK050117

Escalation 941176

I feel that this is not acceptable service!

When I signed the contract I was told to go to a Telkom store closest to me and collect a wifi extender with simcard as well. I went to Telkom WOnderpark in Pretoria and since November 2016 they still do not have stock. Why do theynot have stock if this is a promotion that you are running currently?
