Wifi issues /incorrect accounts/massive CREDIT due

I have been battling since the 31/07/2020 with Telkom.

I was advised that I need to take out a new contract for 24 months at Telkom to upgrade my line to a 10mg so I could receive a new router as I was advised in the shop that mine was broken, that is why I had no WIFI. Long story short after one month of backwards and forwards to the Telkom shop , A consultant advised me that my WIFI had been cancelled in error by Telkom, so I did not even need to change ! Plus I was advised to wait for a technician that NEVER came – eventually I went into the shop and received the router – took over a month to sort out. I did not ask for this but the sales consultant recommended this , I signed the contract which was ZAR299.00 per month for 6 months and after 6 months it would be ZAR599.00 per month for a 10mg line. The 1st month was fine I was charged the correct amount – since then the amount has changed EVERY month – I have been into the shop over and over . I spent 5 hours sitting in Bayside Telkom to wait for this to be sorted, needless to say after being assured all was in order it was not. Last month my account was charged with ZR1545.00 DOUBLE what I agreed to. I have called basically every day – I have been into Telkom Bayside sometimes three times a week. I was asked to come in on a Monday by the last Consultant as on a Sunday they could not help with accounts – made an appointment to meet at 12H00 with the Manager, needless to say both were not there. Dealt with yet another person who told me they would 100% sort this out for me – gave me an email address to mail my account to each month so they could rectify it. Still not sorted I called again yesterday – where is my credit – Telkom is so quick to take the money out of my account but after numerous endless promises still not sorted. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care I have received from Telkom.
