WiFi issues

I need help from this company, I’m paying for a WiFi that I haven’t been using for 3 months. Spend my petrol driving to the Centurion mall 5 times and they keep giving SIM cards that don’t work. Their cancellation requires a lot of money cause they know how messed up their service is.
