Wifi Installation

My parents have been trying to get wifi installed at home. We went to Telkom and they told us that we would need to put in new wires as our lines/wires were old, we have already done that but they have not arrived to connect our new lines to the Telkom pole outside our house. They keep giving us the run around and we are now tired of waiting, especially after installing new lines at our expense.
