WiFi in Randjesfontein Midrand, constantly unavailable

I am a Telkom WiFi customer and the serving Tower in Randjesfontein , Midrand is constantly down. The contract states we should get 10Mbps however most of the time we dont get over 1.89Mbps, I have to constantly phone the call centre or the team to advise the service is down, there is no proactiveness from there side. Bad service , don't honor their contractual obligations
