WIFI DOWN TIME

Telkom decided on my behalf to change my WIFI from copper to wireless. Its now been almost 3 weeks with no internet. This is the worst company to deal with ever as the one department has no idea what the other department is dealing with. My router was delivered last Thursday 27 Feb and apparently it takes 72 working hours for them to activate a sim card. Today is the 72nd hour and nothing. NO-ONE is able to give you a time frame as to when it will be activated.....all depends on the "back office"
