Wifi disappointment

Hi my ID number is *** residing at 26Foxcroft Avenue the Orchards we have Wi Fi with Telkom on the 2/2/2024 my husband went to SHOPRITE Acadia and pay 587 he was helped by Dipuo Motau time it was14:32 to our suppries the Wi Fi was disconnected on Monday the 19th on Tuesday we did call this number 102l0 unfortunately we did not get helped one of the consultant gave us a wrong Email when we send the Pop it was not send the Email is invalid my husband went to Wonderpark Telkom with my Id they told him they can't helped him he told them that the main member she is not well and they send him told him to call Help Line is so sad cos I am not well and we did spend more than 100 on calling them .Can you please help us with this matter as you always been helping us
