Wifi data usage

I took out a data bundle contract for my wifi.<br> The contract gave me 3G all time and 3G twilight time.<br> I did not need the full package as I only use 1G a month, but because of the reasonable rate I took the bundle.<br> After the second month my wifi was cut off after the 4th of the month and when I tried to connect it told me that I had used up all the data.<br> When I inquired they said that between 12
