Wifi data just disappeared!!!

I was ported by Afrihost FROM Cell C to Telkom without my consent, I chose MTN instead but now after my sim was delivered I could not login as the service was not available. To my surprise after getting help from Afrihost to login YESTERDAY, I was told that my data is DEPLETED? HOW IF I WAS NOT USING THE SERVICE? IF I COULD NOT LOGIN? Where did my data go to? I am so appalled by Telkom, I vowed never to use your service and yet again I'm forced to be back with ********. I want the data I paid for!!!
