Wifi contract

Went into one of your branches and thr assist tild me to cancel contract online. Your online portal is useless. Why can't this service be available in store. I called and i got no assistance. My contact for my wifi is expiring end of September and i do not want to renew it. You better cancel that contract and not continue it pass it expiring date. It is unacceptable how you don't respond to email and someone has to hold for a long time to speak to consult. Yet i got calls all the time regarding renewal. Your costumer service is awful
