Wifi contrac suspended again

I am realy sad that i ever exept the wifi contrac from them. Last month i have a problem of a fine for a debit order and i dont use a debit order. I pay my account at pick n pay. Now they stop my wifi again for the same reason. I want to know if i can cansel my wifi account because i read many bad things about this services.
