wifi connects and disconnects every 5 minutes

since my last query was ignored by telkom, i hope posting this one here will get a speedy response. Me and my partner moved to a new street(not far from our prev home) on the 1st of december. ever since we moved here, the internet connection has been horrible...during certain weekdays, it becomes okay from 8am till 5pm, from 5pm till 10pm, the wifi literally connects for 5 minutes then disconnects for 5 minutes continuously... does the same also on weekends all day. iv tried everything(flushing the dns, rebooting the router, changing wifi channels... everything and the problem is still there... how am i suppose to work? and what can be done to resolve this cause we cant pay the full price for an internet plan that connects and disconnects every 5 mins most of the time?
