Wifi connection not working.

Telkom is really horrible with solving technical issues. Last week I called and got dropped three times by their technical support team and all of them say a different thing. All I want is for my wifi to work, is that a lot to ask for since I’m paying for uncapped wifi? Come month end again they will deduct their money whilst I’m busy buying data everyday since the month started.
