WiFi Cancelation

I took out wifi sometime the beginning of the year... On the 14th September I cancelled it as it was month to month and was advised that it would be canceled after 30 days, till today they still debiting me as of I never cancelled with them. I heard they do this to everyone who tries to cancel

THE WORSE NETWORK PROVIDER EVER! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
