We app**** for WiFi last month, everything was approved modem was installed, and a new telephone line. Then after a month we still don’t have access to internet the modem is not even registered to Telkom and their helpline is useless, can’t even give us a date as to when it will be activated, we are about to cancel, and refuse to pay for anything that was installed... this is bad service.
