Being a customer with telkom for over 15 years and to receive such pathetic, unhelpful services from them is a disaster! Been having endless problems with my wifi and nothing seems to be done about it I have to use my own aitime call them cause my Landline is down, they say its and area out reach then a technician needs to come cause its a problem with my line plus I will have to pay a call out fee if the issue is at home, only to call them again and find out it's a cabling issue at they branch in Port Shepstone, it's absolutely disgusting and no one seems to get back to you. Absolutely done with telkom can someone please recommend a better service provider with wifi deals so I can just cancel this pathetic service!!!!
