WI FI OF TRLKOM NO GO

Here we go again my Wi Fi has been more off than on the past month even though i pay my telkom bill ontime each month a d i don't download huge amounts of data Telkom doesn't reply on Hellopeter aswell maybe i should just write to the Beeld newspaper or have a paid advert placed i further enquired about fibre to increase my internet speed but fibre is not supported in my area yet so i guess i'm stuck on slow internet speed aswell
